摘要
目的:探讨肿节风浸膏对鼻咽癌细胞系CNE-2的细胞毒性作用以及对放射敏感性的影响。方法:应用克隆形成方法,观察不同浓度的肿节风浸膏对CNE-2的细胞杀灭效应,求得IC50,选择合适浓度的肿节风浸膏配合照射和单纯照射对细胞的杀伤作用,计算细胞存活率,用多靶单击数学模型进行曲线拟合作图。结果:与照射配合的肿节风浸膏的合适浓度为10mg/L。单纯照射组D0值为3.096Gy,照射加肿节风浸膏组D0值为2.441Gy,放射增敏比(SER)为1.268(3.096/2.441)。结论:肿节风浸膏具有一定的放射增敏作用。
Objective: To study the radiation sensitizing enhancement effect of Sarcandra glabra on nasopharyhgeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2 in vitro. Methods:The nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2 was treated in vitro with different doses of radiation alone and radiation after Sarcandra glabra. Colony forming assay was used for survival fraction analysis. Single-hit multitarget model was used to plot survival curve. Results:The value of Do of CNE-2 cells received radiation treatment alone was 3. 096 Gy. That of CNE-2 cells received radiation plus Sarcandra glabra was 2. 441 Gy. The sensitization enhancement ratio(SER) was 1. 268. Conclusion:Sarcandra glabra has been shown a radiosensitizing effect on nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells in vitro.
