摘要
目的 观察半夏泻心汤为主治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 65例慢性胃炎患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础是配合半夏泻心汤治疗，疗程结束后观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗组总有效率为90．9％，对照组总有效率为71．9％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 半夏泻心汤为主治疗慢性胃炎优于对照组。
Objective To observe clinical effect of treating patients with chronic gastritis with Banxiaxiexin decoction combined with western medicine. Methods 65 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Banxiaxiexin decoction combined with western medicine. The therapeutic effects and adverse reaction were observed in both groups. Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group, with P〈0.05. While the adverse reaction of the treatment group was markedly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Banxiaxiexin decoction combined with western medicine therapy has better effects in treating patients with chronic gastritis than exclusive western medicine.
