摘要
运用文献法、访谈法、逻辑分析法分析了传统体育教学模式的弊端和发展,提出了新的教学模式除重视知识传授外,还要重视非智力因素的培养;将教师评价和学生评价相结合,将诊断性评价、形成性评价和终结性评价相结合;既强调学生的主体能动性,又重视教师主导作用的发挥;教师须不断知识创新,以高尚的精神风貌和个性特征吸引学生;合理利用科学技术手段,取长补短,相互借鉴,相互融合。
Based on the methods of literature, interview and logic analysis, this paper studies the notion of traditional physical education mode and analyzes its deficiencies and development. In addition, it also states that the new teaching mode should attach importance to not only the imparting of knowledge, but also to the cultivating of non-intelligentiai factors. Teachers' evaluation should be combined with students' evaluation and diagnostic evaluation should be combined with formative evaluation and conclusive evaluation. We should stress both students' subjectivity and teachers' guiding function. Teachers should renew their knowledge constantly and try to attract students with their notable spiritual appearance and their characteristics. They should make use of science and technology properly, take in others' advantages to make up for their own deficiencies, learn from each other and integrate with each other.
