摘要 通过在装载机举升油缸进/回油路中接入液压传感器达到称重的目的,设计了一种基于S3C4510B处理器的智能称重装置.详细介绍了称重装置的电路设计、采用的抗干扰措施,以及相应的软件设计.并使用了一种基于分段采样的比较法与二次中值法相结合的数据处理方案,使得该装置能在装货的同时,动态同步反映装货量,具有抗干扰能力强、测量精度和可靠性高的特点,具有良好的市场前景和经济效益. Loader we railways and ports igh To system has been used more and more widely in weigh the cargos, the intelligent weighing device cargo handling such as which is based on the S3C4510B microprocessor, mount the hydraulic sensor in the in-out-let of loader lifting cylinder. This paper describes the circuit design, anti-interference technology and the corresponding software design of this system. With a kind of data process algorithm based on the combination of comparing and Midvalue clustering, the device can simultaneously weigh, while loading cargoes, and can also be used on other carrying equipments. It has strong anti-interference capability, high measuring precision and reliability and will have good markets and economic benefit.
