免疫磁珠法富集循环肿瘤细胞研究进展 被引量:1

New advancements in the enrichment of circulating tumor cells by immunomagnetic beads

摘要 循环肿瘤细胞富集为肿瘤的分期诊断、判断复发、分析预后和制定个体化治疗的有力向导。本文综述了免疫磁珠法富集肿瘤细胞的原理,肿瘤细胞检测的方法比较及常用的细胞表面标志物和目前临床上的实际应用方面的进展。 The enrichment of circulating tumor cells could be a powerful guide for staging diagnosis, judging recurrence, analyzing prognosis and formulating individualized therapy. In this review, we summarized the principle of enrichment of circulating tumor ceils by immunomagnetic beads, comparisons between methods of detecting circulating tumor cells, cell surface bio-markers frequently used and advancements in clinical practical applications of recent years.
