摘要
从生产意愿、劳动时间、林地处理方式、林业投资、生产资料、林业收入等多个方面分析了辽宁省凤城市集体林权制度改革对林农生产积极性的影响,认为改革有效地调动了林农的生产积极性。针对集体林权制度改革目前存在的问题,提出了自己的建议。
Analysis on the effects of reform of collective forestry property right system on forestry farmers＇ enthusiasm in Fengcheng, Liaoning province from production-desire, labor time, forest treatment method, forest investment, means of production and income from forest etc. The results showed that the reform of collective forestry property right system inspired forestry farmers＇ enthusiasm obviously, but some problems still existed. According to these problems, some suggestions was proposed.
