摘要
分析了马钢CSP工艺SPHC在轧制过程中的组织演变规律;通过与传统工艺SPHC比较,研究了微观组织、第二相粒子的析出及其对强度的影响。结果表明:SPHC的组织细化主要发生在1050~971℃,在CSP低碳钢各强化机制中细晶强化是最主要的强化方式,通过透射电镜观察,观察到其中存在纳米级的、亚微米级的和微米级的3种尺寸级别的第二相粒子,对马钢SPHC钢产生了沉淀强化。
The microstructure evolution of SPHC produced by CSP process was studied. The microstructure, precipitation behavior and strengthening mechanism were discussed and compared with that of the steels produced in the conventional production. The results show that the microstructure of SPHC is refined between 1050-971℃, the slab microstructure is refmed by recrystallization; the strength of SPHC produced by CSP is higher than that of traditional process. The nanometer particles, sub-micron particles and micron particles are observed in SPHC hot strips.
