摘要
通过分析广西省某水利工程项目的特点,阐述了水利工程项目代建管理中招标工作的相关内容,整个招标的程序包括确定项目的招标要求、资格审查、招标阶段和开标评标等,指出科学、合理、公平、公正的评标体系是招标投标活动的核心。
