摘要
结合实际工程的特点、难点,从项目风险、项目组织、风险预控三个方面分析了有关海外工程在项目管理方面的要点,结果表明:通过项目部的精心组织、科学管理,该工程已提前开工并进入正常运转轨道。
Combined with the characteristics and difficulties of this practical engineering, from three aspects: project risk, project organization and pre-control of risk key points related to management of overseas engineering projects are analyzed. Practice show through meticulous organization and scientific management this works has started in advance and entered normal track.
