摘要
                
                    运用大型有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D,采用单元刀具综合法,建立了普通麻花钻的钻削力预报模型,并对钻削力进行了预报。为了验证预报结果的准确性,进行了钻削实验。将预报结果、传统的经验公式在相同切削条件下的计算结果与实验结果进行对比分析,结果表明采用有限元方法进行钻削力的预报是可行的。
                
                In this paper the predictive model for drilling forces generated by general purpose twist drills is developed using the FEM analysis software DEFORM-3D based on the approach of integrating elemental cutting edges. With the help of the model, the drilling forces prediction is conducted. The experiment for testing drilling forces is performed to verify the accuracy of the prediction results. At last, the comparative analysis of the results obtained from the prediction based on FEM, the calculation using the conventional empirical formula at the same cutting conditions and the experiment is pursued. The results show that the cutting forces prediction using FEM is feasible.
