摘要
文化产业作为21世纪发展最快的朝阳产业之一,已成为西方许多国家的经济支柱产业。我国的文化产业虽然起步较晚,但发展迅速。影响我国文化产业发展的一个重要因素是专业人才的缺乏。为了培养合格的文化产业管理人才,文化产业管理专业必须进行改革:应明确培养目标,确定专业方向;建立合理的专业教学体系;科学规划专业教材;培养专业师资队伍;建立实践教学基地。
As one of the rapidly developing sun -rise conomic pillar industry in many western countries. Al industry in the 21th century, cultural industry has become ethough starting late, Chinese cultural industry developed rapidly. An important factor limiting its development is the deficiency of professionals. To cultivate qualified cultural industry management talents, we should reform this industry, define our cultivating target, determine major direction, establish reasonable major teaching system; plan teaching materials scientifically, cultivate professional teachers, and set uo oractical teaching center.
