摘要
介绍使用C/S结构的韶钢宽板厂热处理线系统.系统选择VB.NET与Oracle 10g为开发环境,给出系统的流程图,通过对系统的划分,采用自顶向下的设计思想定义了系统的各个功能模块.给出了确保MES和PCS数据交换实时性和准确性的实现方法.
The features of the heat treatment system for the wide-plate rolling mill with a C/S structure at SISG are described in the paper. With VB. NET and Oracle 10g chosen as the development environment, and a flow diagram selected for the system, functional modules for the system were defined by dividing the system into sections, and analyzing them in a topto-bottom order. A method of ensuring a reliable and precise in-time data exchange between the MES and PCS was proposed.
