摘要
在工业城区向知识创新区转型过程中,上海市杨浦区等区县正在倡导并推行大学校区、科学园区、城市社区"三区联动"的战略理念。产业升级和产业结构调整是"三区联动"战略经济利益的体现和目标指向之所在。从产业链构建的视角,研究了三区联动战略提出的现实背景和意义、战略的突破口与切入点、联动的模式与发展阶段。
In process of transformation from old industrial district to knowledge-driven district, Shanghai advocates the strategy of ＂Three Zone Interaction＂. The goal and economic benefits of this strategy embody in industry upgrading and industrial structure adjustment. In view of the construction of industry chains, this paper deeply discusses some aspects of ＂Three Zone Interaction＂, including the actual back- grounds, significance, points of penetration, patterns and development stages.
