摘要
以2-乙基己酸、氢氧化钠、氧氯化锆为原料合成2-乙基己酸锆,探讨了原料摩尔比、pH、反应温度和反应时间等因素对反应的影响,以及对影响因素进行正交实验验证,确定了最佳工艺条件,并以此进行了工业化生产,产品性能稳定,具有较好的市场价值。
The zirconyl 2-ethylhexoate was synthesized with 2-ethylexanoic acid, sodium hydroxide and zirconium oxychloride. In the paper, the effection of reactive conditions on the yield was discussed such as molar ratio of raw material, reactive temperature, pH. The influencing factors were validated by orthogonal experiment and the optimum technical condition was determined. Output of the products in industry scale were analyzed. It indicated that the product had the stable behavior and good economic performance.
