摘要
高校基层管理队伍作为高校管理队伍中的一个重要组成部分,在高校管理工作中起着基础性的作用。现阶段我国大部分高校基层管理队伍的培训、培养制度是缺失或不完善的,这是制约我国高校基层管理队伍素质提高,影响高校管理工作质量的一个重要因素。本文从建立高校基层管理人员岗前培训制度,建立基层管理人员导师培养制,加强基层管理人员在职学历学位提高学习,鼓励高校基层管理人员在实践中学习,发展高等教育管理理论研究与学术梯队几个方面,阐述建立一支学习提高与管理工作互动的基层管理队伍,是提高高校管理工作的重要保障。
Grass-roots management team, an important part in college's administrators, plays a basic role in college's management. Nowdays, most of the grass-roots management training systems in China's colleges and universities is missing or incomplete. This is an important factor which hinders the improvement of grass-roots management personnel and influences the quality of university management. This paper proposes that the construction of learning-managing interactive grass-roots management team is the important safeguard to improve the management of universities from the following aspects:the establishment of grass -roots management system of pre-job training,the establishment of tutorial system of grass-roots management,strengthening the in-service grass-roots management staffs' education degree enhancement,encouraging grass-roots management learning in practice and the development of higher education management theory research and academic echelon.
