低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎46例疗效观察 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察低温等离子消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法将92例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,分别行低温等离子射频消融术和下鼻甲部分切除术,观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、黏膜修复时间;术后2、6个月用VAS评分法评价两组鼻腔阻塞程度。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、黏膜修复时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.01);术后2、6个月两组鼻腔阻塞程度VAS评分均显著低于术前(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效确切,具有微创、出血少、术腔恢复快等特点。
