摘要
目的进一步探讨膝骨关节炎(OA)的发生机制。方法选择80例OA患者的关节滑膜标本,连续性组织切片;同法选择20例非正常死亡及外伤性截肢的青年滑膜组织作为对照组。两组采用免疫组化方法检测TGF-β1和IL-1在滑膜组织中的表达情况,双盲法计数阳性表达率。结果IL-1、TGF-β1蛋白在OA滑膜组织中的表达增加,且二者表达随着OA病情加重而增强。结论IL-1、TGF-β1可能参与了OA滑膜的病理过程,对滑膜炎症分别起促进和抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis (OA) . Methods The synovial membrane specimen from 80 patients with knee joint OA ( OA group) and 20 patients with abnormal dead or traumatic amputation and discoid meniscus young people( control group)were selected. Expression of IL-1 an TGF-β1 in two groups were detected by using immunohistochemical method,and the positive rates were counted. Results The expressions of TGF-β1 and IL-1 in OA group were significandy higher than that in the control group , and both showed positive correlation with severity of OA. Conclusions TGF-β1 and IL-1 may participate in the pathologic process of OA, possible mechanism maybe inhibit and improve the inflammatory reaction of membranae synovialis.
