摘要
[目的]探讨补肾活血汤并中药熏蒸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]将120例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组口服补肾活血汤,同时进行中药熏蒸治疗。对照组口服双氯芬酸片、盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊。[结果]治疗组临床控制7例,显效26例,有效23例,无效4例,总有效率93.33%。对照组临床控制2例,显效11例,有效34例,无效13例,总有效率78.33%。两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾活血汤并中药熏蒸治疗对膝骨性关节炎有较好的疗效。
[Objective] To discuss the clinical effect of Decoction of Notifying Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation and TCM suffocation on knee osteoarthritis. [Method] Randomly divide 120 cases into treatment group and control one with 60 in each. The treatment one takes the Decoction and TCM suffocation, other orally takes Diclofenac tablets and glucosamine hydrochloride capsule. Both take 10d as a course, rest for 2d between courses; observe for 3 courses. [Result] In treatment group, 7 were con trolled clinically, 26 had marked effect, 23 effect, 4 no effect, total effective rate 93.33%; for other one, they were 2, 11, 34, 13 and 78.33% respeetively; there＇s obvious difference between them（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The Decoction of Notifying Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation and TCM suffocation have good cure effect on knee osteoarthritis.
