摘要
目的了解我院就诊患者抗菌药物的使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理应用提供理论依据。方法随机抽取2006年5月-2007年5月我院门诊急诊患者共10188例,回顾性分析了患者就诊期间抗菌药物的使用率、药物种类及使用频度、配伍方式、联用情况,并对不合理的抗菌药物用药病例进行分类统计。结果共调查病例10188例,使用抗菌药物病例5400例,抗菌药物使用率为55.34%,涉及9类42种,以单联用药为主,占79.76%。抗菌药物不合理用药病例618例,分别在溶媒使用、给药方案、药理作用以及合并用药方面存在问题。结论我院门诊急诊抗菌药物使用基本合理,但也存在某些问题,抗菌药物使用仍需进一步规范。
Objective To understand the situation of the antibacterial drugs used in our hospital and offer a theoretic basis for rational use of antibacterial drugs.Methods 10188 cases in May of 2006 and May 2007 were random selected from he department of emergency and outpatient of our hospital,a retrospective analysis was done to get the date of ratio of using antibacterial drugs,the kinds of drug,frequency of drug use,situation of combined drug-used and single drug-used,The irrational antibacterial drug-used was statistical analyzed according to categorization.Results A total of 10188 cases was analyzed,of which there was 5638 cases of the antibacterial drugs used.The rate of using antibacterial drugs was 55.34%.The kinds involved 9 groups,42 species.The single kind use accounted for the most part ,covered 79.76%.618 cases of the antibacterial drugs used were irrational including some problems,such as used solvent,drug-use regimens,pharmacological effects,and combined drugs.Conclusion Antibacterial drugs are used for outpatient and emergency department of our hospital is basically rational.However,there are still some problems too.Antibacterial drugs used needs further improvement in our hospital.
