摘要
战国时期仁义内外之辨,告子主张仁内义外,孟子主张仁义皆内,自楚简发现后学术界对这一问题又重新进行了较多研究。仁义之"内外"含义,人心内外、门内门外、人我内外三种意思均有。仁义皆为内在的观点虽彰显了人的道德主体性,但忽视了道德的客观伦理精神。坚持仁内义外的观点可以使我们正确认识道德的人性主体基础和社会关系的客观根源、自律与他律的关系问题,正确认识传统家族社会与现代公民社会道德精神的差异,正确认识仁义两种道德发挥作用的不同特点,从而调整道德思维和道德建设的思路和方法。
In the contention of Ren and Yi are inner or outer, Gaozi argues that Ren is inner and Yi is outer and Mencius argues Ren and Yi are inner both. More people have researched this contention after the Chujian found in Guodian. The realm of inner and outer in contention includes the heart - mind, the family and the subjective. The point of Ren and Yi are inner both shows the moral subjectivity of man but neglects the objectivity of morality. The point of Ren is inner and Yi is outer helps us understand the human nature and social rootstock of morality, the relationship of self-discipline and heteronomy, the difference between traditional feudal society and modern citizen society, and helps us adjust the way of moral thinking and moral constructing according to the different function of Ren and Yi.
