摘要
目的:评价我院抗肿瘤药的应用现状及用药趋势。方法:对我院2004～2007年抗肿瘤药的年销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、药品限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:我院应用抗肿瘤药7大类的品种数呈上升趋势。抗肿瘤药在2006年销售金额和DDC都呈最大,DDDs呈迅速下降趋势。结论:我院抗肿瘤药的临床应用逐渐基本合理,符合国内临床抗肿瘤药用药趋势及治疗原则。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and trend of the application of anti - tumor drugs in our hospital. METHODS ： The application of anti - tumor drugs in our hospital during the period 2004 - 2007 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum, DDDs and DDC etc. RESULTS： The number of kinds of 7 major categories of anti - tumor drugs has been on the rise. The consumption sum and DDC of anti - tumor drugs in 2006 were the highest during the period 2004 - 2007, and the DDDs assumed a decreasing tendency. CONCLUSION ： The use of anti - tumor drugs in our hospital is basically rational and in line with the medication trend and treatment principle of antic - tumor drugs.
