摘要
本文将一般产出增长型生产函数模型与ＤＥＡ模型相结合，讨论了被评价单元的平均技术进步率的测算，有效的平均技术进步率估计。
This Paper Combined general output growth production function with DEA mdel,It discussed the problems about the measuring of the technical progress rate of evaluated unit,the estimating of the efficient average technical progress rate and the technical progress time gap of evaluated unit comparing with the full efficient unit under the va-rious conditions.
