摘要
许多学者对信息产业与GDP之间的关系进行研究,有力地证明了信息产业对经济增长的促进作用。在此基础上,借鉴有关信息产业对经济增长作用的相关理论和方法,采用协整检验地方法,定量分析湖南省信息服务业与湖南省GDP的关系。发现湖南省信息服务业对经济增长有促进作用,且两者存在着长期的协同关系;尽管信息服务业对湖南经济增长的贡献率总体趋势是上升的,但信息服务业的产值对GDP增长贡献较小;信息服务业对经济结构具有优化作用。所以,要进一步发挥信息服务业对经济的推动作用。
Many scholars have proved the promotion effect of the information industry on economic growth by probing into the relation between the information industry and GDP. On the basis of this, with the theories and methods about the function of information industry for economic growth, the paper quantitatively analyzes the relation between the information service and GDP of Hunan Province by using co-integration testing method. The result indicates that information service plays an active role in promoting economic growth, and they form a long-term synergy relationship. Although the contribution rate of information service for economic growth shows a rising tendency overall, its output value has little contribution to GDP growth. It also proves that the information service optimizes the economic structure. Hence we should further exert the information service＇s role in promoting the economy.
