摘要
通过乳液聚合的方法合成了一种具有核壳结构的丙烯酸酯乳液。讨论核壳比、水的用量对乳液性能和涂层玻璃纤维布耐碱性能的影响。利用TEM对乳液结构的观察表明,所制备的乳液具有较好的核壳结构。耐碱性能测试表明,不同核壳比以及预乳化不同水用量对涂覆的玻璃纤维布的耐碱性影响不同,其中核壳比为7/10及水用量为单体的1.2倍时样品的耐碱性能最好。SEM对涂层玻璃纤维布的表面进行观察发现,核壳比为7/10时,乳液具有最好的黏附性能。
A polyacrylate core-shell emulsion fluence of ratio of core and. shell components and adhesive is prepared by emulsion polymerization. The inwater content on the emulsion performance and alkali resistance property of the glass fabric coating by this emulsion are discussed. The morphology of the emul- sion particles is observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The coating performance is ob- served by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results testify the core-shell structure of the emulsion particles. It is found that the alkali-resistance performances of the coated glass fabrics are changed with the different of ratio of core and shell components. The emulsion has best performance when the ratio of core and shell components is 7/10 and the water content is 1.2 times of the monometer content.
