摘要
目的分析膝关节交叉韧带囊肿的关节镜下手术治疗及其疗效。方法2006～2008年该院共完成6例膝关节前交叉韧带囊肿的关节镜下囊肿切除术。随访时间8～18个月,平均(12±3.2)个月。手术前、后采用Lysholm评分和手术后疗效评定的Glasgow评定法对膝关节功能及疗效进行评价。结果6例患者均无复发。手术前Lysholm评分为(73.3±5.1)分,手术后提高至(96±2.1)分(t=6.62,P<0.05);Glasgow疗效评定6例患者全部为优。结论关节镜技术治疗膝关节前交叉韧带囊肿具有创伤小,疗效佳的优点。
[Objective] To investigate the treatment results of cruciate ligament ganglion cysts by arthroscopic surgery. [Methods] From 2006 to 2008, knee anterior cruciate ligament ganglion cysts in 6 cases were excised with arthroscopic technique and they were followed up for 8 to 18 months in an average of （12±3.2） months postoperatively. Lysholm scoring system was used to evaluate the knee function before and after operation, and Glasgow curative effect system was used to evaluate the final follow-up results. [Results] None of the 6 cases had recurrence. Lysholm score was improved from （73.3±5.1） preoperatively to （96±2.1） postoperatively, and the statistical difference was significant（t =6.62, P 〈0.05）. All of the 6 cases were adjudged to be excellent at the final review. [Conclusions] As the treatment of cruciate ligament ganglion cyst, arthroscopic surgery shows its advantages of minimal invasion and satisfactory effect in the treatment of this rarely encountered disorder.
