The DELL company creates the miracle of PC industry by its special direct sale model. But since entering the 21 century, the sales amount of DELL is decreasing in some regional market due to the increasingly fierce market competition and their own reasons. The company market value is increasingly shrink. They should change this disadvantage situation from the research and development, distribution channel and inner management, and recover the market situation.
