摘要
从肿瘤的发病机理、治疗特点方面介绍邓中甲教授治疗肿瘤的学术思想。邓中甲教授认为肿瘤发病机理为"本虚标实",脏腑亏虚,功能失调是本,痰浊、瘀血、水饮、气机阻滞是标。治疗思想以扶正祛邪、治病留人、与癌共存为指导。强调辨证论治,善用经方、时方加减治疗,重视调畅气机,顾护胃气,擅长改善肿瘤患者放、化疗产生的不良反应,并对肿瘤的脉象特点独具心得。
To introduce the academic thought of Professor Deng Zhongjia according to the pathogenic mechanism and curative characteristics on tumors. Professor Deng Zhongjia consider that the mechanism of tumors is deficient superficial and excess root, Zang and Fu are deficient and dysfunction is the root, turbid phlegm, static blood,water retention and qi stagnation are supertficial. The guidethinking is supporting Right qi, saving the life and living with tumor. Emphasizing on treatment based on differenciation, he is adepting at take classical and seasonal formulaes modification ,thinking much of re.date qi movement and proteet stomaehe qi, he is skilled to improve the side reaction caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy patients, moreover,he also has unique comprehension about the tumor＇s pulse.
