摘要
研究卢氏鸡在笼养和地面平养方式下胃肠道的生长发育情况。选用1日龄健康卢氏鸡公雏240只,随机分成2个处理组,每组120只,设6个重复,其中一个处理组笼养,另一个处理组地面平养。测定肝脏、腺胃、肌胃、胆囊、胰腺、十二指肠、空肠、回肠的质量,计算相对体质量,以及小肠总长度、十二指肠、空肠、回肠长度和相对小肠总长长度指数。结果表明:①21和42日龄时,笼养组胰腺、十二指肠、空肠、回肠的质量和相对体质量指数都比地面平养组的高,但两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);②21和42日龄时,地面平养组肝脏、腺胃、肌胃、胆囊的质量和相对体质量指数都比笼养组高,两组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);③21日龄和42日龄时,笼养组十二指肠、空肠、回肠相对小肠总长长度指数都比地面平养组的高,但两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of rearing on floor and in battery on development of digestive organs in Lushi chickens. 240 one-day-old male Lushi chickens were randomly divided into two groups. One group was rearing on floor, the other was rearing in battery. The weight and relative body weight indices, the length and relative small intestine length indices of digestive organs were measured. The results showed that the weights and relative body weight indices of pancreas, duodenum, jejunum, ileum of those reared in battery were higher than reared on floor in at 21 and 42 days（P〉0.05）, but the weights and relative body weight indices of liver, glandular stomach, gizzard, gallbladder of those were reared on floor were higher than reared in battery in at 21 and 42 days（P〉0.05）. The length and relative small intestine length indices of duodenum, jejunum, ileum of those reared in battery were higher than reared on floor in at 21 and 42 days, but there were not significantly differences between reared on floor and in battery of Lushi ehickens（P〉0.05）.
