危重病性多发性神经病膈神经损伤对机械通气的影响 被引量:2

摘要 随着呼吸循环支持系统的发展,重症监护病房(ICU)患者的预后得到了明显改善,但脱机困难又成为一个棘手的问题。近些年报道的在ICU患者以急性进行性四肢瘫为表现的神经系统并发症,即危重病性多发性神经病(criticalillness polyneuropathy,CIP)可能是机械辅助通气时间延长的一个病因。膈肌与呼吸密切相关,支配膈肌运动的膈神经的功能状态对呼吸功能的影响受到人们的关注。笔者应用神经电生理方法对26例ICU患者进行膈神经传导检查,探讨CIP患者的膈神经损伤及对机械通气的影响。
