摘要
目的观察综合治疗急、慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法随机选取81牙周炎患者,采取综合治疗。观察治疗前后菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周探诊深度、出血指数和疼痛程度的变化情况。结果治疗4周后,显效65例(80.2%),有效15例(18.5%),无效1例(1.3%)。结论综合治疗牙周炎的方法是有效的,总有效率达98.7%。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined therapy in treating patients with acute or chronic periodontitis. Methods 81 cases with periodontitis were randomly selected and combined therapy was given; plaque index, gingival index, probing depth, bleeding index and pain degree before and after treatment were observed. Results The course lasted for 4 weeks ; the excellence rate was 80. 2% （ 65/81 ）, the effective rate was 18. 5% （ 15/81 ） and 1 case showed no effect （ 1.3% ）. Conclusions Combined therapy is effective in treating periedontitis and the total effective rate can reach 98.7%.
