摘要
新时期我国高校人才培养的重要目标之一便是培养创新型人才,而作为高校培养人才的重要基地的实验室是实现这一目标的有力支撑,但普通的实验室只能完成基本的实验要求,进一步完善现有的实验室,加强实验室建设,使其向开放性实验室发展,在新建本科院校的内涵升本中起到了重要的作用,走开放性实验室建设,使其成为学生创新能力培养的重要基地,促进新建本科院校尽快融入新的角色。
