摘要
目的总结低位直肠癌行改良Bacon术后拖出肠段的护理方法。方法回顾性分析42例行改良Bacon术的低位直肠癌患者的观察与护理方法,术后随访6个月,观察疗效。结果42例患者均择期成功完成拖出肠段切除术,术后恢复良好,无肛门狭窄现象,无严重的大便失控现象。结论采取正确的卧位,严密观察拖出肠管的血供和回缩情况,做好拖出肠管切除前后的护理,加强皮肤护理和心理护理,可预防术后并发症的发生,促进康复。
Objective To discuss nursing method for pull-through intestinal segment after improved bacon operation in patients with low rectum cancer. Methods Forty-two patients with low rectum cancer undergoing the advanced bacon＇s operation were retrospectively studied on observation and nursing measures. After a 6-month follow-up, the therapeutic effects were analyzed. Results All the 42 patients successfully completed pull-through resection of the intestinal segment with good postoperative recovery and no anus narrowness or severe losing control of defecation. Conclusion The key for nursing was to take correct lying position with close observation on blood supply and rebound in the pull through intestinal segment,make good preparation for nursing of the intestinal segment before or after operationand strengthen skin and mental nursing to prevent post-operative complications and promote rehabilitation.
