二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗初发2型糖尿病疗效观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的评价二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗初发性糖尿病的临床疗效。方法门诊病人中抽取60例初次确诊糖尿病的患者,随机分为两组各30例。在给予糖尿病教育、饮食控制、体育锻炼的基础上,治疗组给予二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗,对照组给予格列齐特治疗。2周后复查两组患者空腹及餐后血糖,以判定疗效。结果治疗组30例患者中显效5例,有效24例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%;对照组30例患者中显效1例,有效21例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。结论二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗初发性糖尿病具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。
