摘要
结合潜油电泵检泵资料,分析影响潜油电泵检泵周期的因素主要为油井自身环境、潜油电泵机组质量以及技术服务人员在现场施工和管理,运用查找影响潜油电泵检泵周期的要因和非要因的质量管理方法,制定对技术服务人员专业素质培训、辅助技能获取以及责任心激励和教育的相应措施,从而提高潜油电泵的检泵周期。
Combined with the detection material of submersible oil electronic pumps, it is analyzed that factors influencing the period of pump detection are mainly the environment of well itself, the quality of submersible oil electronic pumps and the on-site construction and management of technical service staffs. Then the quality management methods of looking for the major causes and minor causes influencing the period of pump detection have been used in order to make some relevant methods of training technical staffs for the improvement of professional quality, the acquirence of additional technology and the encauragement of their responsibility. The final goal is to lengthen the period of pump detection of submersible oil electronic pumps.
