摘要
目的分析小儿乙型脑炎的临床特点,探讨治疗及预防策略。方法回顾性分析研究近年我院收治的48例流行性乙型脑炎的诊疗过程。结果治愈7例,好转40例,死亡1例。结论乙脑起病急、发展快、病情重、控制高热、惊厥,降低颅内压及减轻免疫损伤是治疗的关键,早期的康复介入是提高患儿生活质量的重要手段。普及疫苗接种、灭蚊是预防的关键。
Objective The purpose of the study was to evaluate the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of epidemic Encephalitis B in children. Methods To retrieve and analyze the treatments of forty-eight cases of Encephalitis B which were admitted in our hospital from May, 2004 to Sept, 2008. Results Seven cases were cured, forty were improved and one was dead. Conclusion Encephalitis B is a disease which occurs suddenly, develops quickly and critically. The major treatments are focus on reducing high fever, treating seizure, decreasing intracranial pressure and alleviating immune impairment. Early rehabilitation is the important instrument to improve the life quality of the children. The prevalence of vaccination and anti-mosquito campaign are essential to prevent Encephalitis B.
