摘要
介绍了Kataleuna催化剂公司开发的KL7741B-T型乙炔前加氢催化剂在大庆石化公司乙烯新区装置上的首次应用情况。在该催化剂应用期间,经历了5次非计划停车和2次计划停车,停车过程中先进行氮气降温、后用氮封保护,开车时直接投入使用。通过采取稳定加氢反应器入口CO含量及降低各段入口温度等优化控制措施,该催化剂连续运行24个月后仍可继续使用。该催化剂在使用过程中性能稳定,完全能满足工艺要求。
A new catalyst, KL7741B-T, developed by the Kataleuna company for front-end acetylene hydrogenation was applied industrially in Daqing new ethylene plant in year 2004. The plant experienced five instances of un-programmed shutdown and two instances of expected. During the shutdown, N2 was introduced continuously to drop the temperature in the reactor which was sealed off in N2 atmosphere aftet the shutdown. The restart up can be operated right away without additional pretreatment. Through optimization of control measures, namely stabilizing the inlet CO content and reducing the inlet temperature of the front-end hydrogenation reactor, the plant had been kept running uninterruptedly over 24 month. The catalyst performed operational stability, satisfying all technological requirements.
