摘要
电荷放大器是压电传感器标定和压电测试系统的重要组成部分。本文从电荷放大器的基础理论着手,从理论上推导了达到准静态特性的电荷放大器的基本参数要求;利用电路模拟软件Multisim对设计的准静态电荷放大器Q/V转换电路的电荷灵敏度、下限频率等参数进行了仿真,其仿真结果与理论计算值相吻合,达到了设计要求,给准静态电荷放大器的研制提供了可靠的理论支持。
The charge amplifier is the important component part of piezoelectric sensor calibration and the piezoelectric testing system. In this paper some basic parameters of the circuit have been confirmed which could realize quasi-static qualifications , besides the value of concrete parameters have been calculated. And the designed circuit has been simulated about the sensitivity and the lower limit frequency of the Q/V conversion circuit based on Multisim, which is an advanced electronic circuit simulation software. The simulation results are agreed with the theoretical calculation value through the calculation and comparison, so the designed circuit meets the design requirements, and provides reliable theory support for the development of quasi-static charge amplifier.
