摘要
以绝对式圆感应同步器作为角度传感器,AD2S80A作为角度模数转换器,FPGA作为数字信号处理器进行双通道角度信息的粗精结合和译码,采用总体开环和数字信号处理部分闭环的方案,设计了绝对角度测量系统。介绍了该系统的实现原理、硬件结构、电路分析以及系统在提高运行速度和减小动态误差方面所采取的措施。该系统具有结构简单、工作稳定可靠、实时性高、抗干扰能力强等特点,特别适用于航天等外场环境。经过测试,该系统具有很高的动态和静态跟踪精度,其静态精度为3″。
Based on absolute inductosyn as angle sensor,with AD2SSOA as angle AD convertor and with FPGA as DSP combining and coding the dual channel angle information, using the way of whole open loop and signal process part closed loop, the absolute angular measurement system was designed. The paper discussed the principle of the system, the hardware of the system, the circuit analysis and the step that was used to heighten the running speed and minisb the dynam,;c error. The system had the specialty in simple structure, high track precision high anti-jamming, high real-time and working stability which was especially the same with outfield environment in spaceflight, etc. The system had the high dynamic track precision and static track precision which was 3″ by test.
