摘要
医患关系是医务人员和病患在医疗活动过程中产生的一种特殊的人际关系。从医患交往的形式特点、心理特点来看,医患关系内含着和谐的特质。对这种和谐特质的认识有利于我们正确认识医患关系,正确处理协调医患利益,达成医患和谐的状态。
The relationship of doctors and patients is a special interpersonal relationship developed from medical treatment between doctors and patients. From the aspect of form and psychology during the treatment, the relationship of doctors and patients contains harmonious character in nature. To take advantage of this harmonious character is favorable for us to realize the doctor-patient relationship postively, and deal with and coodinate the doctor-patient benefit properly as well. And to make full use of this harmonious character is helpful for us to build harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
