摘要
对好氧移动床动态膜生物反应器中填料投加量对系统的影响进行了研究。首先,将静态培养与动态培养相结合,通过15d的培养,填料表面成功挂膜。然后试验研究了填料投加量对反应器内流化状态、污泥性状、处理效果和膜污泥的影响。结果表明,35%的填料投加量能够较好地满足工艺的需要,在此条件下,系统对COD、氨氮和浊度的去除效果分别为81.59%、75.95和90.78%。
The adding amount of carriers in the dynamic membrane-moving bed biofilm reactor was investigated. Firstly, by combining the static cultivating and dynamic cultivating methods, the biofilm successfully formed on the surface of the suspended carriers. Then, the influence of carriers adding amount on the fluidization state, sludge characteristics, disposal efficiency and membrane fouling was studied. Results indicated that carriers adding amount of 35% was the optimal, in which the removal rates of COD, nitrogen and turbidity were 81.59%, 75.95% and 90.78%, respectively.
