摘要
介绍了注塑件熔接痕强度预测及提高的几种新技术。综述了基于扩散理论和Flory-Huggins晶格理论的预测模型及基于BP神经网络的预测模型,给出了模型的适用范围。简述了热流道多浇口进料顺序控制、注射成型和模具设计等几种提高熔接痕强度、减少或避免熔接痕出现的新技术的作用机理及应用实例,指出进一步完善熔接痕强度预测模型和强度提高技术是今后熔接痕研究的一个重要方向。
Several new techniques for model prediction and improvement of weld-line strength in injection-molded parts were introduced. The theoretical approaches and practical examples based on diffusion and Flory-Huggins theory of the free energy of mixing and BP neural network to predict the weld-line strength were reviewed, and the scopes of application of prediction formulas were given. The mechanism and practical examples of new techniques for improving weld-line strength, avoiding the weld-line or reducing it in injection-molded parts such as hot runner multi-gates sequence control, injection molding and mold designing were briefly discussed. Further perfection of the model for weld-line strength prediction and techneques for weld-line improvement was an important direction of the study about weld-line in the future.
