摘要
目的:探讨肺结核对患者家庭成员心理的影响。方法:对2007年10月～2008年10月确诊为肺结核和排除为肺结核的100例患者的家庭主要成员进行BAI量表测评,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:确诊为肺结核的患者家庭成员焦虑性与排除为肺结核的患者家庭成员差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肺结核对患者家庭成员的心理状态有较大影响,导致生活质量下降、焦虑性增加。关注肺结核患者家庭成员的心理状况是必要的。
Objective：To explore The effect of family member psychological on tuberculosis patient. Methods：BAI assessment scale for 100 family members of patients respectively diagnosed and excluded tuberculosis from October 2007-October 2008,to statistical analysis. Results：Patient family members anxiety were significantly different between diagnosed and excluded tuberculosis （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Tuberculosis patient family members have great influence on the psychological, increase anxiety. It＇s necessary to attention family member psychological of tuberculosis patient.
