摘要
近年来,大型连锁超市作为零售业的一种新型业态带来了商业的第二次革命,并且在迅速而蓬勃地发展起来。文章从配送设施、管理和效率等方面分析了当前大型连锁超市所存在的问题,并有针对性地从共同配送、信息化建设和与第三方物流合作等方面提出了自己的建议。
In recent years, large-scale supermarket chains, asa new retail format, which brought the second revelution to the business , has developed fast. The paper discloses the problems lying inthe distribution facilities, management and efficiency. Furthermore, the paper puts forward the proposals about joint distribution, information technology and third-party logistics cooperation.
