摘要
目的探讨经尿道电切联合术后卡介苗(BCG)膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效。方法96例病理证实的腺性膀胱炎患者,50例经尿道电切术后行BCG膀胱内灌注(Ⅰ组),46例仅单纯电切治疗(Ⅱ组),比较两组患者术后复发率。结果随访12～48个月,平均36个月,Ⅰ组3例复发,Ⅱ组10例复发,两组总复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道电切联合BCG膀胱内灌注治疗能明显减少腺性膀胱炎电切术后复发,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral electroresection combined with bacillus Calmette-Guerin（BCG） intravesical irrigation for the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods Of 96 cases of pathological proven cystitis glandularis,50 cases were managed by intravesical irrigation of BCG after transurethral electroresection（group Ⅰ ）, and the remaining 46 cases were not subjected to any drug after operation（group Ⅱ ）. The recurrent rate between two groups were compared. Results After average follow-up for 36 months（12-48 months）,there were 5 cases and 14 cases of recurrence in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ respectively. There was significant difference in the recurrent rate between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral electroresection combined with BCG intravesical irrigation for the treatment of cystitis glandularis can significantly decrease the recurrence of cystitis glandularis. The method is worth being widely used.
