Building User Model in Adaptive Human Computer Interface Based on Fuzzy Mathematics

摘要 自适应人机接口是智能计算机领域需要研究的关键问题之一.从人机工程学的角度,对人的因素进行了分析,提出了应当关注的若干因素,并把用户类型作了新手划分.探讨了用户模型建模方法,把用户模型划分为用户的知识模型和行为模型两种,并用模糊数学方法研究了更为复杂的知识模型,提出了综合判据法、规则合成法和层次相关法,分析了各自特点.对自适应人机接口研究所面临的众多问题的解决提供了新的方法和工具. Adaptive human computer interface (AHCI) is one of the key problems on study of intelligent computer. This paper analyses human factors of AHCI in the view of human engineering, and divides user types into the newer, middle and expert ones. The user modelling method is also discussed, and the user model is divided into user knowledge model and user action model. The fuzzy mathmatics is used to study the complex user knowledge model, and the three new and effective user modeling method are proposed and compared. The theoretical method discussed in this paper provides a new approach and tool for solving the problems confronted by AHCI research.
