摘要
从热力学的角度分析光纤预制棒工艺的能量变化,结果表明反应本身放热,原料气体升温吸热,最终需要通过加热方式供给体系大量热量以维持反应进行.对四种加热方式的比较,说明较长的加热区对工艺过程有利.
The variation of the energy is analyzed according to the thermodynamics. It shows that it releases energy during the reaction and needs energy while rising the temperature of the reactant. Therefore, great energy must be engaged to maintain the reaction system. After comparing four heating ways, we know that it is better with longer heating area than the others.
