摘要
针对传统分形图象编码方案存在的缺点,提出了一种改进的编码方案.在此方案中,进一步去除分形变换参数的相关性,有效地提高分形压缩比,在相近的信噪比下,本方案的压缩比比Jacquin方案提高了50%以上;并利用近代滤波技术对解码图象进行处理,使图象的视觉效果大大增强.同时,该方案还有效地提高了编解码的速度.
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional fractal image coding scheme, an improved scheme is proposed in the paper. In the scheme, the correlation of the fractal transforming parameters is further removed. As a result, the fractal compression ratio increases effectively. The compression ratio achieved increases by more than 50% as compared with Jacquin's scheme. In the scheme, the approximate mean value filter greatly improves the visual effect of the reconstructed image. Meanwhile, the compression and decompression coding speed also increases a lot.
