摘要
矿业权管理信息系统通过降低业务处理所需各项费用,节省手工工作量,提高管理效率,改变了矿业部门和企业传统的矿业权管理模式。矿业权管理的计算机模型是建立矿业权管理信息系统的基础,它包括数据库模型和矿业权管理算法模型。本文通过分析矿业权的特性,提出了矿业权管理数据库模型;同时,本文还建立了矿业权管理的状态算法模型、有效性算法模型、成本算法模型、资源量算法模型等。这些模型为矿业权管理信息系统精确监控矿业权信息,动态管理矿业权状态提供了支持,在"武警黄金部队地质勘查信息系统"得到了很好的应用。
Building the mining right management information system changes the mining right management pattern of mining department and corporation by reducing expenses of business transaction,saving on handwork load and improving management efficiency.The computer models of mining right management are the foundation of mining right management information system.It includes mining right management database model and arithmetic model.The database model is brought forward by analyzing the character of mining right.The arithmetic model of state,efficiency,cost and resources quantity are also built.These models help the information system accurately manage the information of mining right.They are successfully applies in geologic exploration information system of Gold Army of Armed Police.
