摘要
本文通过全面调研,对河北省保定市农民专业合作经济组织的3个阶段——初期的自发组织阶段、中期的快速发展和逐渐解散阶段和21世纪以来的稳定发展阶段,分别分析了其特征和变化原因,试图找出农民专业合作经济组织发展过程中的影响因素。为了更具有说服力,选取了4个不同类型的合作社进行了深入调查,设置了影响因素评价指标体系并进行了综合评价,综合实地调查和实证分析得出如下结论:农民专业合作经济组织的决定性因素排序是农产品市场化率、新技术的使用及推广和组织规模。
By way of overall investigation and survey, the authors think that the farmer specialty co-ops of Baoding in Hebei province go through three stages, that are stage by organized spontaneously in primary period, rapidly development and gradually disbanding stage in mid-term, steady development stage since 21 century. Variation causes and features are analyzed in order to find influence factors. For the sake of having persuasiveness, four bigger scales co-ops are selected to make a deepen investigation. The authors also set up evaluation index systems to make overall merit. According to the on-the-spot investigation and calculating analysis, the following conclusions are reached that the influence factors to the farmer specialty co-ops orderly are farmer product market rate, using and spreading new technology, co-ops＇ scales.
