箱式横管式换热器的设计及运行实践

摘要 介绍了在循环氨水余热回收过程中,一种非定型的换热器箱式横管式换热器的设计思路及过程,并对该换热器的经济性和运行情况进行了说明。文中传热系数K值的计算,换热管内液速w′的校核以及传热面积的校核较为合理。该换热器结构简单,换热效果好,运行经济可靠。 The design involving the procedures of a non stereotype heat exchanger, i.e., box type and transversal tube exchanger in a process to recover the lost heat in the circulating ammonia water is introduced in the paper. In addition, a description of both the economy possibility and the operation details of the heat exchanger is also given. The calculation of value K denoting heat transfer factor is reasonable, and so are the checks of both the liquid flowing speed w ′ shown inside the tubes of heat transfer and the heat transfer area concerned. This sort of heat exchanger is of simple structure, high efficiency in heat exchanging, and economical reliability in operation.(Received on Sep.16, 1997)
